CNC Precison & Custom Machining

JRLON operates a very high precision machine shop with specialized precision CNC machining equipment and unlimited technical capabilities. We specialize in machining fluoropolymers, Teflon™ parts, TFE resin based products, FRP, and custom metal parts.

Utilizing our CAM system and CNC machining, we can repeatedly provide complex shapes to very close tolerances and exacting finishes. The shop utilizes up to 7-Axis CNC lathes that eliminate many 2nd and 3rd operations. While Jrlon specializes in the machining of high performance specialty plastics, metals of all kinds are run through the shop daily. Using large equipment like 600MM dual pallet horizontal machining centers, Jrlon has the capability of machining large castings.

The diversity of materials in which we work with is not the only aspect that sets Jrlon apart. We routinely hold tolerances considered impossible by other shops. For example; we are capable of turning pieces 48" in diameter, while our ultra-tight tolerances reach 0.0005" or less on PTFE parts.
