Custom Machining

JRLON operates a very high-precision machine shop with specialized equipment and unlimited technical capabilities. We specialize in machining fluoropolymers, teflon parts, and tfe resin based products.

Utilizing our CAM system and CNC machining, we can repeatedly provide complex shapes to very close tolerances and exacting finishes. Our 4-axis CNC lathes eliminate many second and third operations.

JRLON routinely holds tolerances considered impossible by other PTFE fabricators. We are capable of turning pieces 48" in diameter, while our ultra-tolerances reach 0.0005" or less on PTFE specialized parts.
