The JRLON coating division utilizes the latest process equipment, including climate control, computer controlled automatic coaters, measurement equipment, statistical process control hardware and software, and computer controlled process ovens. This state-of-the-art equipment assures that constant quality and repeatability for our conventional spray, electrostatic spray, dip spin and fluidized bed applications. All products undergo rigorous inspection using modern measurement and test equipment before they are packaged and shipped. |
